*        The first hour involves an explanation of the controls, setting the driving position and explaining the mechanics of the clutch, steering and brakes

**     The Assessment hour is for pupils with at least 5 hours previous instruction, pupils returning to driving after a long break, pupils with driving licences not recognised by the DSA or pupils who need to retake a driving test after a driving ban.

***   The Driving Test Fee includes a one hour lesson prior to the test and use of the vehicle for the test. Where a test centre is further than 20 minutes travel time from the pupil’s collection point, a surcharge of £10.00 per 30 mins. (or part thereof), may be made.
